By accessing, registering on, or using the 7r77 platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the 7r77 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account with 7r77, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

Any activity that occurs on your 7r77 account — including bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless you have promptly notified 7r77 of unauthorised access in writing.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. • Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has outstanding active bonus wagering requirements unless those requirements have been completed or the bonus has been forfeited.
• 7r77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) checks.
• Any funds deposited through fraudulent means will be voided. Chargebacks initiated by a player without prior notification to 7r77 support may result in immediate account suspension.
• All transactions are processed in BDT. No currency conversion fees are applied by 7r77 to BDT transactions.

7r77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, which will be displayed on the relevant promotional page. The following general bonus terms apply to all 7r77 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period from the date of activation. Unused bonuses that expire will be removed from the account without compensation.

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• Money Laundering: Using the 7r77 platform for the purpose of depositing, moving, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activities.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence, or any other automated tool to interact with the 7r77 platform in place of genuine human play.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the 7r77 platform or any game to gain an advantage or financial benefit.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, or engaging in any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 21.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7r77 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

Any unauthorised use of 7r77 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7r77 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 7r77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, connection interruptions, or platform downtime, except where caused by 7r77's proven gross negligence.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or content published on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.
• Any indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, loss of data, or reputational damage.
• Losses caused by events outside 7r77's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or third-party payment provider outages.

In all cases, 7r77's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7r77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification or to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• A request by a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, or payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. In such cases, 7r77 will attempt to notify the player before taking action.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds and after satisfaction of all wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon account closure if the applicable wagering requirements have not been met.

7r77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a player does not agree with the updated Terms, they must notify 7r77 before the effective date of the change and may close their account in accordance with Section 12. Continued use of the 7r77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The version of the Terms & Conditions currently in force is the version published on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7r77 holds its operating licence as an internationally licensed offshore gaming platform. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7r77 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
